The Malone Auto Racks J-Pro2 is a traditionally designed J-Style kayak carrier, built to handle most sit-inside and sit-on-top kayaks. This carrier features enhanced foam padding and acrylic sleeves to better protect your kayak. It has a silver finish with multiple layers of corrosion resistant coating and universal fit hardware. The carrier base has a rectangular “cutout” for square crossbar fit. The “cutout” will not affect the fit or function when installed to round or oval crossbars. It comes with two lengths of mounting bolts to fit a variety of crossbars. Bow and stern safety tie-downs are required for all Malone rooftop transport(s). Failure to correctly install and use safety tie-down lines voids all warranty and liability.
