You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping costs.

• We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA (if applicable).

Carrier transit: 5–10 business days for us to receive your return.

Processing: 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Bank posting time: 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.

Note: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories included.
